At the beginning of the year, we soar like eagles reenergized from our summer vacations. We come in with so much hope and excitement. We are confident that this year will be the BEST ever!
Towards the middle of the year, our eyes begin to twitch at the thought of looming state tests that seem to be creeping up on us faster than the year before.
And finally... where we are NOW! Can you all say C-R-A-Z-Y!!!!!! Once testing has completed, routines interrupted, and summer begins knocking on our doors the chaos begins to set in. Many days I feel exactly like that bird in the picture.

Absolutely! I think she hit the nail right on the head. As a matter of fact, our field day is next week, we just gave out progress reports and had to make a list of students for awards this week! It's been a crazy one!
